Description

AMERILUX LEXAN™ CLINIWALL™ is a solid, opaque polycarbonate sheet designed for hygienic interior wall cladding in healthcare, public facilities, and high-traffic environments.[1][2][5] This non-chlorinated, non-brominated, PVC-free material offers high impact resistance to withstand damage from carts, wheelchairs, and equipment, while providing excellent resistance to protein-based stains like blood and urine, as well as most hospital-grade chemicals and disinfectants.[1][3][4] Available in grades with silver-ion anti-bacterial additives, it achieves over 99.99% reduction in MRSA and 99.999% in E. coli growth per independent tests.[3][7] The sheet supports frequent cleaning, cold and hot line bending, thermoforming, scratch resistance, and digital printing, with superior fire ratings, low smoke toxicity, and 100% recyclability.[1][2][6] It eliminates the need for corner guards and carries VOC, LEED, and BREEAM certifications.[1]
