AMERILUX KLAR® PVC is a corrugated panel made from 100% rigid PVC resin, engineered with thermoacoustic multilayer technology for superior durability, rust resistance, and protection against humidity, saltpeter, bacteria, and chemical corrosion.[1][2] These lightweight, impact-resistant panels offer low heat transferability without needing a thermal barrier, acoustic noise reduction up to 12 decibels, long-lasting UV protection, Class B1 fire resistance, and are lead- and rubber-free while 100% recyclable.[1][2] Available in white stock color with TK6 (2.0mm thick, 44.49” wide) and TK9 (1.5-2.0mm thick, 39” wide) profiles, they fit over existing metal panels for easy cutting, installation, and minimal maintenance using soap and water.[1] Suitable for demanding roofing, siding, interior walls, ceilings, and retrofits in agricultural, commercial, and residential applications.[1][3]
