AMERILUX EZ Slatwall® PVC consists of interlocking tongue-and-groove liner panels made from rigid PVC, designed for wall-mounted slatwall storage systems. Key features include hidden fasteners for a smooth surface, easy installation on studs or over drywall using standard woodworking tools, and compatibility with standard slatwall accessories and EZ Liner® PVC panels. Panels measure 6.01 inches wide (7.18 inches with nailing flange), 96 inches long, and 0.575 inches thick, weighing 0.694 lbs./ft or approximately 5.55 lbs. per sheet. They support up to 75 lbs./ft² when properly fastened to studs 16 inches apart, offer Class A fire rating, food-zone non-contact hygienic properties, and resistance to moisture, mold, bacteria, and most chemicals. Stock colors are Ultra White and Gray, with low maintenance via wiping or mild soapy water.[1][4][6]
