Description

AMERILUX EZ Liner® PVC consists of interlocking liner panels manufactured from 100% exterior-grade virgin PVC, designed for wall and ceiling applications requiring a smooth, hygienic finish.[1][2] Key features include a tongue-and-groove interlocking system with hidden fasteners, pre-slotted nailing flange, and all-weather design that accommodates thermal expansion for a seamless appearance.[1][2] The panels offer 3/8-inch thickness, 16- or 18-inch widths, and lengths from 8 to 24 feet, available in Ultra White, Black, Gray, and Red.[1][4] They provide Class A fire rating for smoke and flame spread, meet FDA and CFIA hygienic requirements, and exhibit maximum deflection of 3.278mm under 2 lbs. psf for ceilings.[1] The corrosion-, moisture-, mold-, and chemical-resistant surface suits agricultural facilities, vehicle washes, food processing, industrial, commercial, and cannabis grow environments.[1][3][5][6]
