Description

AMERILUX EZ Forms® PVC is a stay-in-place concrete wall-forming system made from extruded PVC material that is 0.100 inches thick.[1][3][5] The forms and spacers snap together horizontally via a push-n-click interlocking mechanism, eliminating water leakage by avoiding back-to-back webs and incorporating optional flexible seals at joints.[1][3][5] Nine-inch-wide form pieces perfectly accommodate 18-inch vertical rebar spacing, while a unique three-piece corner design allows easy access for rebar placement and inspection, with full concrete filling upon final assembly.[1][3][5] Filled with pre-mixed concrete and rebar, the resulting walls are durable, energy-efficient, sound-absorbing, and resilient in storm-prone areas.[3][5] Available in configurations such as 6-inch and 8-inch forms, it suits concrete wall construction applications.[7][8]
