AMERILUX Corrugated Polycarbonate sheets are lightweight, virtually unbreakable panels made from high-performance polycarbonate, offering glass-like optical properties with superior durability.[1][6] Key features include high light transmission (clear: 90%, opal: 55%, Softlite: 85%, bronze: 35%), advanced UV protection on the exterior side, excellent impact resistance (200 times stronger than glass), and high flexibility for cold forming without cracking.[1][2][3] Available in stock colors clear, opal, Softlite, and bronze, with widths of 26", 34", 38", or 51" (net coverage typically 24"-48"), lengths up to 38', and profiles such as MR9", MR9" Flat, MR12", PBU, Greca (square wave), and sine wave.[1][4] They support up to 25 psf wind load with 3' on-center vertical supports and resist hail, wind uplift, and weathering.[2][3] Ideal for greenhouses, roofing, and applications needing lightweight glazing with anti-drip/anti-fog coatings on select profiles.[1][5]
