Description

The AGL Encore Series from Advanced Greig Laminators consists of wide-format laminators capable of mounting and laminating materials up to 62 inches wide, supporting thermal, pressure-sensitive, and heat-assist films.[1][2] Key features include pneumatically actuated nip and pull roll assemblies for repeatable pressure and safety, dial-in shim assembly for various substrate thicknesses from -1/16 to 3/4 inch, cantilevered unwind stations with optional RTS for consistent tension, and pneumatically controlled release liner windup and product rewind.[1][2][3] Models vary: Encore Maxim and DHR with dual heated rollers and bi-directional operation; Encore SH with single top heated roller (up to 320°F) for pressure-sensitive, one-sided heat-activated films, and mounting; Encore NH as a cold unit for pressure-sensitive and mounting applications.[1][2][3] Standard speeds reach 20 feet per minute, upgradable to 30 fpm, with 6-inch steel rollers covered in high-release silicone.[2][3][8] Applications include fleet graphics, wall coverings, decals, banners, and posters.[3]
