Description

The ADVANCED GREIG LAMINATORS AGL 8000R is a high-performance industrial laminator engineered for wide-format thermal and pressure-sensitive film applications in signage, printing, and visual communications. Built with a rigid steel frame and precision-machined components, it ensures complete part interchangeability and long-term durability. The machine features a 1 HP DC drive with variable and reversible speed control, air-operated brake and clutch, and an adjustable air-pressure laminating nip section for consistent film adhesion. It supports material cores up to 10 inches in diameter and accommodates substrates up to 3 inches thick. Operating speeds range from 0 to 20 feet per minute, with a 30 fpm upgrade option available. Electrical requirements are 220/230 VAC single phase at 80 amps, and pneumatic needs are approximately 2–3 cfm at 90 psi.
