The AGL 6450 from Advanced Greig Laminators is a high-performance, dual heated nip roller laminating system designed for wide-format graphics processing. Originally certified by 3M for Scotchprint vinyl transfer, it handles laminating and mounting of materials up to 62 inches wide, processing both thermal and pressure-sensitive adhesive coated films with fully bi-directional capabilities. Key features include pneumatically actuated nip roller and pull roll assemblies for precise control, pneumatic clutch/brake systems on main supply rolls enabling repeatable film tension and bi-directional unwind/rewind, and heavy-duty cantilevered unwind stations with 12.5-inch diameter capacity.
