Description

The Advanced Greig Laminators AGL 64 Series consists of wide-format graphics laminators designed to laminate and mount up to 62-inch-wide thermal or pressure-sensitive films for digital imaging applications.[1][6] Available in models including 64i (bi-directional), 64R (reversible with pneumatic pull rollers), 64T (heated top nip roller), and 64C (cold lamination and mounting), these machines feature 10-inch diameter heavy-duty cantilevered unwind stations, 6-inch pneumatically actuated nip rollers with dial-in spacers, RTS repeatable tensioning system for precise control, and operating speeds up to 20 fpm.[1] Additional elements include spring blade core chucks, pivoting web feed table, swing-out supply stations, print basket, and curl cam for managing print curl.[1] The series supports roll-to-roll laminating, mounting, pre-masking, and overlaminating, with optional slitting, trimming, and static elimination.[2][3]
