Description

ADMAX Metal Panel is a high-performance aluminum composite material (ACM) engineered for demanding applications in signage, printing, and visual communications. Composed of two 0.30mm thick aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, this 3mm thick panel delivers exceptional rigidity and durability, with aluminum thickness twice that of standard variants for superior strength. Key specifications include standard 4’ x 8’ (1220mm x 2440mm) dimensions, weight of 4.08 kg/m², and tight tolerances: thickness -0/+0.2mm, width ±2mm, length ±3mm, diagonal ±5mm. It exhibits outstanding surface properties, including paint thickness of 20 microns, pencil hardness >HB, temperature resistance from -50°C to +90°C, impact strength of 42 kg·cm², and peel strength >5 N/mm. The panel resists boiling water, acids, alkalis, oils, solvents, and cleaning agents, with minimal water absorption (0.01% by volume) and low thermal expansion (2.4mm/m at 100°C difference). Ideal for exterior signage, architectural facades, and large-format digital printing, ADMAX Metal Panel offers excellent flatness, sound attenuation (Rw 24 dB), and flammability ratings (BS476 Part 6 Class 0, Part 7 Class 1).
