Description

ACRYLITE Satinice is a premium translucent acrylic sheet and tube featuring specialized surface textures such as satin, crystal, or velvet matte finishes on one or both sides, with light-diffusing beads evenly distributed throughout the material for optimal balance between light transmission (up to 91%) and diffusion. Available in extruded and cast grades, including enhanced WD85X series for superior luminaire efficacy, it offers thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 9 mm, various sizes like 96 x 48 inches, and colors including Pacific, Laguna, Sunshine, Grass, Pumpkin, and Plum. Key features include fingerprint- and scratch-resistant surfaces, high weather resistance with a 30-year warranty against yellowing on colorless grades, about half the weight of glass, 20 times the impact strength, 100% recyclability, and easy fabrication, machining, and thermoforming while retaining texture. Some grades meet food contact requirements and provide UV resistance, glare reduction, and clear polished edges.
