Description

ACRYLITE® Premium FF is a high-quality extruded acrylic sheet, recognized as the highest quality continuously manufactured thermoplastic on the market.[1][2][7] This lightweight, rigid material offers exceptional weather resistance, dimensional stability, breakage resistance, and ease of fabrication and cementing, with tight thickness tolerances, low stress levels for enhanced mechanical strength, pliability, and durability.[1][2][3] It provides 10-20 times the impact strength of glass, superior optical clarity, and resistance to yellowing, coarseness, and brittleness, while being BPA-free and highly weatherable.[1][3][6] Available in clear, white, and other variants including fluorescent and digital print grades with enhanced UV ink adhesion.[1][2] Applications include signage, window glazing, shelving, furniture, displays, and lighting with LED, neon, fluorescent, incandescent, or daylight.[1][3] It carries industry-leading 30-year warranties against yellowing.[1]
