Description

ACRYLITE® LED Diffused Sign Grade Sheet is an impact-modified acrylic sheet specially formulated for LED sign faces. It features a frosted surface with unique optical properties that provide superior light diffusion, eliminating visible LED hot spots without requiring a diffuser film, while also hiding fingerprints and scratches to extend service life.[1][2] Made from weather-resistant acrylic, it offers excellent UV stability, maintaining clarity, color, and impact strength for years in outdoor conditions, outperforming polycarbonate which yellows and loses strength.[1][2] The lightweight material suits interior and exterior applications, including channel letters, backlit signs, and high-traffic displays, and performs well with neon or fluorescent sources.[1] It combines the diffusion of ACRYLITE® Satinice with the durability of ACRYLITE® LED sign grade.[1]
