ACRYLITE® Hi-Gloss Co-extruded is a premium co-extruded acrylic (PMMA) sheet featuring a super thin layer of color or pattern beneath a crystal-clear top layer, creating a deep-view effect, luminosity, and high-gloss piano lacquer finish.[1][2][4][5] It offers excellent surface quality, thickness tolerance, and standard acrylic properties including lightweight construction, high impact strength (11 times that of glass), UV stability, weather resistance, and ease of fabrication such as thermoforming, cutting, and polishing.[1][4][5] Available in thicknesses from 3mm to 9mm (e.g., 0.118", 0.177", 0.236", 0.354") and various colors, it serves applications like store fixtures, exhibition booths, retail displays, kitchens, bathrooms, automotive trim, and decorative elements as an alternative to back-painted glass.[1][3][4][8] The inherent color integration withstands fabrication without additional coatings.[1][2]
