The product features a clear 4 mil polypropylene film with a pre-printed 1 inch grid pattern that serves as both an alignment assistant and a built-in measuring tool, eliminating the need for external measurement devices. Its high clarity ensures accurate registration, while the specially formulated adhesive provides strong adhesion to liners without hazing vinyl or causing tunneling. The polypropylene material offers excellent dimensional stability and snap-to-tear properties, making it ideal for multi-color overlays requiring precise registration on cast and calendered films.
