AA ACRYLIC Custom Forming Acrylic Sheets are premium cast acrylic sheets engineered for precise thermoforming and custom shaping, ideal for demanding applications in signage, printing, and visual communications. These sheets offer exceptional optical clarity with light transmittance exceeding 92%, making them perfect for illuminated displays, backlit signs, and transparent graphics where high visibility is essential. Crafted from high-quality cast PMMA resin, the sheets feature a specific gravity of 1.19-1.2, Rockwell hardness of M-100, and superior mechanical properties including tensile strength of 760 kg/cm², flexural strength of 1050 kg/cm², and compressive strength of 1260 kg/cm². They provide 15-17 times the impact resistance of glass while weighing less than half as much, ensuring lightweight yet durable signage elements resistant to breakage, weathering, discoloration, and chemicals like acids and alkalis. Key features include excellent weather and UV resistance for outdoor signage, hot forming temperatures of 140-180°C for easy bending, cutting, drilling, and machining into complex shapes such as curved letters, domes, and 3D displays.
