AA ACRYLIC B Grade Acrylic Sheets are cast acrylic products manufactured from virgin and recycled materials, offering a cost-effective alternative to A-grade sheets without compromising essential performance characteristics. These sheets deliver transparency exceeding 92 percent, weigh less than half as much as glass, and provide excellent stiffness and durability for demanding applications. The material exhibits superior impact resistance—approximately 15 times greater than glass—along with outstanding chemical and mechanical resistance to acids, alkalis, and environmental degradation. B-grade sheets maintain standard A-grade tolerance specifications while utilizing 95 percent of the sheet area for production purposes. Available in clear, black, and opal colors, these sheets are offered in multiple thicknesses ranging from 1.8mm to 20mm and standard sizes including 1220x1830mm, 1220x2440mm, and 1270x2490mm. The sheets feature PE film and paper masking options for protection during fabrication and installation. Ideal for signage, displays, protective barriers, and visual communication applications, B-grade acrylic sheets can be laser cut, engraved, painted, silk-screened, and thermoformed into custom shapes.
