The 3M Scotchlite Removable Reflective Graphic Film 680CR is a 7-mil thick, flexible, enclosed-lens, retroreflective engineer-grade vinyl film engineered for superior 24/7 visibility in branding and safety applications. Featuring Comply Adhesive with pressure-activated, slideable properties and air-release channels, it ensures bubble-free installation on flat, curved, corrugated surfaces, and rivets, with minimum application temperatures of 40°F without rivets or 45°F with rivets. Available in 11 colors including white, orange, gold, yellow, blue, and black (which reflects white), it offers a gloss finish, excellent angularity, and retains most reflectivity when wet—even up to 90% when totally submerged. Designed for screen printing, it excels in cutting and weeding with computer sign equipment, resists fuel vapors, mild alkalis, acids, and salt, and provides unprinted outdoor durability of up to 9 years on vertical surfaces. Ideal for commercial vehicle graphics, rail and bus markings, sign graphics, banners, striping, and die-cut decals, this film meets ASTM D 4956 Type 1 and NFPA standards, delivering consistent daytime and nighttime performance with 3M MCS Warranty availability.
