3M Scotchcal Luster Overlaminate 8519 is a premium 2-mil cast vinyl film designed to provide long-term protection and enhancement for digitally printed graphics in signage, vehicle wraps, and visual communications applications. This highly conformable, clear overlaminate features a luster finish that delivers a subtle sheen, reducing glare while preserving image vibrancy. Crafted from durable cast vinyl with a permanent pressure-sensitive clear solvent acrylic adhesive and kraft paper liner, it offers superior resistance to ultraviolet light, moisture, abrasion, mild acids, alkalis, salt, water, and fuel vapors. With an outdoor durability of up to 8 years on vertical surfaces, it excels in demanding environments, including fleet and vehicle graphics, watercraft wraps, smooth wall and building graphics, decals, window graphics, illuminated and opaque signage, and thermoformable applications. Ideal for flat surfaces, corrugated panels, rivets, simple curves, and compound curves, it applies cold at a minimum temperature of 50°F (10°C) and performs reliably from -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C). Available in rolls such as 30 in x 50 yd up to 60 in x 100 yd, this industry-standard overlaminate ensures extended performance for professional print and signage projects.
