The 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-10UR is a premium 2-mil white, opaque cast vinyl film with a luster finish, designed for short-term vehicle graphics and wraps in the signage, printing, and visual communications industries. Optimized for solvent, UV, and latex inkjet printing, it features 3M Controltac and Comply adhesive technologies with pressure-activated gray adhesive, providing exceptional slideability, tack, snap-up, and repositioning capabilities. Non-visible air release channels ensure fast, bubble-free installations on flat surfaces, simple curves, compound curves, corrugations, and rivets, with stretch up to 130% without primer or relief cuts. Key specifications include a film thickness of 2 mil (0.05 mm) without adhesive and 3-4 mil (0.08-0.10 mm) with adhesive, applied shrinkage of 0.032 inches (0.8 mm), and an expected performance life of 8 years (unprinted, unprotected on flat vertical outdoor surfaces). It applies dry at 28-100°F (2-38°C) to substrates like glass, aluminum, paint, and ABS molding, with a service temperature range of -65 to +225°F (-60 to +107°C).
