Description

The 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-10UR is a premium 2-mil white opaque cast vinyl film with a luster finish, designed for short-term vehicle graphics and wraps in the signage and visual communications industry. Optimized for solvent, UV, and latex inkjet printing, it features 3M Controltac pressure-activated adhesive for easy sliding, tacking, snap-up, and repositioning, combined with Comply adhesive micro technology and non-visible air release channels for fast, bubble-free installations on flat surfaces, simple curves, rivets, and corrugations. Key specifications include a film thickness of 2 mil (0.05 mm) without adhesive and 3-4 mil (0.08-0.10 mm) with adhesive; expected performance life of 8 years (unprinted, vertical outdoor application without graphic protection); service temperature range of -65 to +225°F (-60 to +107°C); and ultra-removable adhesion without heat or chemicals above 28°F (-2°C). It offers excellent conformability with up to 130% stretch, applied shrinkage of 0.032 inches (0.8 mm), and maximum ink coverage of 270% for solvent inks, 280% for UV inks.
