The 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-10 is a premium 2-mil (0.05 mm) opaque luster white cast vinyl film designed for high-performance vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, and marine applications. Featuring 3M Controltac and Comply adhesive technologies with micro air-release channels, it offers slideable, repositionable application with medium-to-high tack for fast, bubble-free installations on flat surfaces, rivets, simple and compound curves, corrugations, and watercraft. Key specifications include a gray pressure-sensitive removable adhesive (total thickness 3-4 mils with adhesive), polyethylene-coated paper liner, and compatibility with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and latex inks. It conforms exceptionally well with 130% stretch capability, no primer needed, and adheres to substrates like ABS, aluminum, glass, fiberglass, and painted surfaces (test powder-coated or water-based paints).
