Description

The 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180C-10UR is a premium 2-mil white opaque cast vinyl film with a luster finish, designed for short-term vehicle graphics and signage applications requiring fast installation and clean removal. Featuring a pressure-activated ultra-removable adhesive with Comply micro-technology air release channels, it enables easy sliding, tacking, snap-up, repositioning, and bubble-free applications on flat, curved, contoured, and riveted surfaces such as vehicles, trailers, walls, buses, watercraft (above waterline), and indoor/outdoor displays. Compatible with solvent, UV, and latex inkjet printers, it supports maximum ink coverage of 270% for solvent inks, 280% for UV inks, and 250% for specific Mimaki printers. Key physical characteristics include a film thickness of 2 mil (0.05 mm) without adhesive and 3-4 mil (0.08-0.10 mm) with adhesive, dry application at 28-100°F (2-38°C), service temperature range of -65 to +225°F (-60 to +107°C), and applied shrinkage of 0.032 inches (0.8 mm). Graphics remove easily without heat or chemicals above 28°F (-2°C), offering an expected performance life of 8 years on flat vertical outdoor surfaces (unprinted, unprotected).
