Description

The 3M™ Envision™ Print Wrap Film IJ480Cv3 is a high-performance, 2-mil (50 µm) white, opaque, luster-finish non-PVC film, phthalate-free and made from bio-based materials with 60% less solvent in manufacturing. It features a gray, pressure-sensitive, repositionable Comply™ v3 adhesive with air-release channels for fast, bubble-free installation, enabling easy sliding, tacking, and snap-up even on complex surfaces. Key specifications include adhesion of approximately 20 N/25 mm (180° peel on glass), tensile strength of 11-13 pounds/inch, service temperature range from -60°C to +107°C, and conformability up to 150% without primer or relief cuts. Application temperature starts at +4°C (minimum), with +16°C recommended for deep corrugations. It resists mild alkalis, acids, salt, water, and occasional fuel spills, with applied shrinkage under 0.1 mm. Ideal for visual communications, signage, and printing applications such as vehicle wraps, watercraft, railroad cars, trailers, textured walls, and outdoor signage on substrates like aluminum, glass, PMMA, ABS, paint, concrete, brick, and stucco. Compatible with latex, UV, select solvent, and eco-solvent inks; screen printing; and overlaminates like 8548G. Durability offers 11 years expected outdoor performance, with warranties up to 5 years vertical and 2 years horizontal in select zones. Its tear-resistant, removable design ensures clean, efficient installations across hot and cold conditions.
