3M Controltac Graphic Film with Comply v3 Adhesive IJ180Cv3-10 is a premium 2-mil cast vinyl film designed for high-performance inkjet printing in visual communications, signage, and fleet graphics. This white opaque film with a luster finish features a grey, pressure-sensitive, solvent acrylic adhesive incorporating Comply v3 technology, which includes pressure-activated, non-visible air release channels for fast, easy, and bubble-free dry application. Its slideable, repositionable medium-to-higher tack properties allow precise installation on flat surfaces, simple and compound curves, corrugations, and rivets. Key specifications include a film thickness of 2 mils (50 µm) without adhesive (3-4 mils total), excellent hiding power, conformability, and stretchability up to 130%, with applied shrinkage under 0.1 mm. Compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and latex inks (maximum total ink coverage 270%), it adheres to substrates such as ABS resins, aluminum, chrome, glass, fiberglass, and painted surfaces. Removable with heat or chemicals, it offers outdoor durability up to 10 years.
